How do i delete my account ont he Petsie App?

To delete your account, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the User Profile section in the menu bar.
2. Locate the “Delete account” option.
3. Click on “Delete account” to initiate the process.
4. You will be prompted with a question asking, “Why are you deleting your account?” Please select a brief explanation from the available options.
   Once you have provided the required information, confirm your decision to delete the account.
5. To ensure the security of your account, you may be asked to enter your password for verification purposes.
6. After entering your password, click on the “Delete account” button to finalize the deletion process.

If you don’t have an account and wish to delete your data, please send us your email address associated with the account to the email office@petsie.pet with the subject “Delete account” and your data will be deleted within a period of 24 to 48 hours.
